Do you offer regular customer discounts?

Yes, we do. Once you have had your car valeted by us please speak to your valeter or the office to book your next visit and they will arrange a discount for you (discount varies dependent on service used)

How can I pay?

You can pay on-line via paypal with any major credit or debit card.  We also accept cash, postal orders Just let your valeter know how you would like to pay. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT AND CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CHEQUES

Do you offer a second or subsequent car discount?

If at the time of booking you specify there is more than one vehicle to be valeted we will discuss a discount with you (dependent on the service being booked) If you are your place of work why not get a few of you together and if all the vehicles are booked in at the same time we will offer a group discount of 10% (must be a minimum of 3 vehicles and excludes wash and vac)

Are your valeters insured?

Our valeters are fully insured and have full public liability cover, in the event it is needed. You can ask any of our valeters to see a copy of this as it is always carried in the valeters vehicle.

What if I need to cancel? 

If you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Whist we do not charge a cancellation fee, people who repeatedly book and cancel will be asked to pay for their booking in advance or refused a booking.

What are your opening hours?

We operate 5 days a week being Mon-Fri for 9am till 6pm , Bookings can be made at othertimes of the day or weekends by prior arrangement, give us a call or send us an email for details...please note there is no extra charge

 As for the office that is open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Fri, meaning if you would rather speak to someone than book on line you can. Our helpful office staff will be more than happy to assist you.

What do you need to valet my car?

All we need is access to an outside tap and a plug socket ( this does not need to be outside ) By not carrying power and water any longer it enables us to keep costs down and pass these savings onto you along with  reducing our carbon footprint therefore helping the enviroment. If your vehicle is somewhere with no access for power and or water please contact us as this can be arranged at no extra cost.
